Unable to disable dell touchpad
My fn+f3 key combination to disable touchpad had stopped working after reinstall of windows 8.1
I tried to uninstall QuickSet and tried to install it again but it fails to install each time.
Can you point to a link to install QuickSet and get the functionality back.
Mouse Properties shows the dell touchpad but clicking on it doesn't open any app. Think its got to do with Quickset not being available.
OS: Windows 8.1
Model: Dell Inspiron 5520

Tried installing from the below url but it throws an error saying that its not a supported system.
www.dell.com/.../DriversDetails
Also tried to use Dell Update on my app and the online Drivers+Downloads. Couldn't get the relevant software from there.

Additional info:
All other Fn+key combination are working like volume/brightness control. Its only the touchpad that
doesn't work. The mobility centre dell custom options are also missing.
