Hi,

When you boot your system can you at least get to the part were it show the Blue Dell logo?

If so, Press f8 until a restore page comes up and select factory image restore.

That will reconfigure everthing on your hard drive when you first recieved your laptop from dell.

You will lose everything that you had on there for your business but it should solve the problem.

wait until someone else replies just incase there is a better solution that doesnt involve your data to be lost.

Whoa, a Factory Image restore is rather drastic for a non-booting system.  If you tap F8 right when you turn on the system it may allow you to go to a prompt to Repair My Computer.  It may then search and repair startup on its own, or allow for that as an option on the next screen.  If you can't get to any of these options, you can boot from the Vista disk and try Repair.

One possible glitch.  If you installed Service Pack 1 since you got the computer, the original Vista disk may not work for startup repair.  In that case you may need a Vista disk with SP1 installed or slipstream one on your own.
