Volume goes on and off
Hi,
I'm having problems with my Dell laptop, the volume automatically turns on and off, goes mute...
I don't know what caused the problem. could it be a virus?
Please help me. Thank you!

Hello. Run scans and/or format the hard drive to rule out a virus.
Re-install your audio driver to rule out driver issue.
When virus and driver have been ruled out then it might be a hardware problem.
If you need more help please include the full model name of your laptop and the name of your operating system.
