Which ports on an Inspiron 17R SE7720 are USB 3.0 vs. USB 2.0 ?

Which of the ports on my Inspiron 17R SE7720 are USB 3.0 vs. USB 2.0?

I tried downloading the PDF manuals for my particular laptop from the Dell Support site, but they don't reveal which ones are USB 2.0 vs. USB 3.0.

All four ports are USB 3.0.  One of the ports on the video output side is an active port (it'll power or charge an external device even when the system is in sleep mode).

All USB 2.0

That seems to conflict with the online Dell support person I chatted with on 2015-12-15, who said the USB 2.0 are "black" and the USB 3.0 are "blue".

All four of my USB ports on my Dell Inspiron 17R have a blue interior color, which I interpret to mean they are USB 3.0.

Also, there is a tiny symbol that says "SS" plus what I assume is the universal symbol for USB, a sideways facing fork-like picture above each of those four USB ports.

Does anyone else have information that they can share?
