Unlike my older  EeePC 701, my new dell mini 9' doesn't support booting from an SD card in the internal card reader.

will this be enabled via a future bios update ?

I request  that this be enabled by your bios progammers if possible,

I suggest a good selling feature would be to have all future netbooks ship with an SDHC based recovery/support  disk.
