Windows 10 - mouse issue

Help - I upgraded to Windows 10 on my laptop yesterday and my wireless mouse connection has disappeared. The mouse  is a Dell and it came with the laptop.  In Device Manager it has completely disappeared and when searching for devices although the Bluetooth appears to be operational on the mouse its not being discovered.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 if that's important
