Windows 8 drivers for the Latitude ST tablet
Ok after lots of hard work I found all the drivers for the ST tablet. It was built for Dell by Motion Computing and their CL 900 has all the same hardware and is almost the same unit. Download their drivers and you'll be up and going. You will need to install netframework 3.5 but they have a note telling you how and in what order to install them. http://www.motioncomputing.com/drivers/Win8/CL900_win8_RN.htm :emotion-1:

Great find! I installed the drivers on my Dell ST tablet as described but cannot get the STMicroelectronics accelerometer to work. It loads the driver but gives an error STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. Does it need to be turned on in BIOS? I didn't see any way of doing that.. help!

All you need out of there driver list is Atheros wlan , Chipset , Graphics , And N-Trig drivers. The rest are items for their tablet only and not on the Dell ST .

As far as I know that was included with the Video driver package that you installed. Unless you are asking for the quickset driver and that is Dell # R317878

I must have missed that install - it works now, although a little slower than before. Thanks for putting this together, I wish Dell would have added this on their drivers page for the ST.

Thank you for all your hard work! That being said, it did not work for me. I voted, I'm done, went back to win 7 on my tablet(even though it sucks for touch screen) Thanks again.

SELschools, I have run into the same issue. I cannot get the "STMicrolectronics 6-Axis Accelerometer/Magnetometer" which is showing up in my Device Manager to work. It is listed under "Sensors" and under properties it indicates "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE". What steps did you go through to get this to work finally? Thank you.

Some more information. I have also tried the 3-Axis driver that natakuc4 has indicated above. My Latitude ST would not take these drivers.

The same here, STMicrolectronics 6-Axis Accelerometer/Magnetometer, power failure, something.
