Windows failed to start

I have an Inspiron 17R N7110. System will not reboot and gives the message above: Windows failed to start. I have 2 options, Launch Startup Repair and Start Windows Normally. Launch Startup Repair indicates it cannot repair automatically. Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline Start Windows Normally flashes a quick blue screen then brings me back to the first 2 options. I've run Diagnostics and everything passed. Not sure what to do from here.

Hi lukehughes,

I appreciate that you have already performed the diagnostics on the laptop. As there are no errors reported in the diagnostics, the issue could be related to the Operating system. Please let us know if this issue occurred after a hardware/software change made on the computer.

Performing a Factory reset will resolve this issue. Please let me know the operating system that you are using.
