Wireless mouse on old laptop
hello
I have an old Inspiron 6000 Laptop with an additional wireless mouse and keyboard.
In the dark, I can see the mouse always blinking red. Is it possible somewhere to shut it off, so the mouse batteries live longer?
I can’t read the Dell product number, but the mouse has a green button underneath with an aerial sign nearby
Any help is appreciated

Hi volki,
Most wireless mice have a switch near the battery door to turn it off. You can use this switch to turn off the mouse during the night. You will need to remove the batteries to switch it off, if the mouse does not have a switch.

The green button is used to re-sync with the wireless dongle.
