XPS 13 9333 No Audio Output

I have an XPS 13 9333 (June 2015 build) which I recently (approximately two months ago) upgraded to Windows 10, and now only puts out audible sound1/3 of the time. I have verified multiple times that all drivers are up to date, the volume mixer shows that sound is being put out, when troubleshooting no apparent problems are shown, and no solution I've found online has worked as of yet (I had tried tips posted by many about changing drivers which did not work, and about changing the bit rate, but with no success) I am at my wits end as to what could be causing this problem. It is infuriating that I am only able to get sound from my laptop 1/3 of the time, and entirely unpredictably at that. Does anyone have any tips as to what to try?
