XPS 13 9343 Intermittent Spacebar
The spacebar only registers if I touch it in a certain area.
It registers if it is touched any where along its width but only in the half area towards the display. The area towards the touch pad is very intermittent. Makes touch typing very frustrating.
Is this a known issue? Will a new keyboard fix this? I've had this pc for 3 months.

Hi orpar,
I would suggest you to try flashing the BIOS on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the operating system, and then download the BIOS from the BIOS section onto the system and install it.

Also, please connect an external USB keyboard to the system and check if it works correctly.
