dell inspiron 1545 laptop with windows 7---- its a mess to have one

i had purchased a dell laptop inspiron 1545 with windows 7 a few months back and it appears like i have had it from some junk.... its mouse trembles all over the screen and doesnt allow you to click, video card goes into fatal error and recovers every now and then, and the worst of all... suddenly from no where a blue screen appears with the text " collecting dump files --a fatal error has occured" ... can any one help me please... is it a problem with hardware or software...
