dell studio 15 1555 warranty issue
cant find the correct section to post this ,got it last july great laptop i try to type s/n into website sais invalid service tag have also tried typing in the express service code in a website that generates the s/n witch is correct any ideas on who to contact or how to resolve thanks :emotion-11:

Where did you buy the system? Directly from Dell, and in the US, or from a retailer like Best Buy?

also system configuration on website is wrong MEMORY : 3072MB (1X2048 + 1X1024) 800MHZ it has 4GB and it also sais i have aHARD DRIVE : 250GB SERIAL ATA (5400RPM) its a 500GB also
NO WARRANTY UPGRADE
wich is wrong ???????????

i is now workin for the first time but warranty is wrong was purchased with a 3 year warranty ?? any idea what the description means was purchased threw buisness account thanks

It is on a sticker on the system (possibly in the battery compartment), in the BIOS setup screen (F2 at powerup) and on your invoice as well.
