diagnostic locks up during SupportAssist update check.

Inspiron 7568 2-in-1  keeps trying to download a file "full_dsc_6875_402_68_02.exe" and locks up at 67.9KB of a 72.2 download. Says lost internet connection, connection is fine.  Any ideas about this?
