fan works, but not during boot.

M1210 - no fan during boot. When the computer is warm I get shutdowns during booting. If I can get windows running I use a fan control program and things run cool. Windows updates with the long shutdown and booting (configuring) are a problem. I get shutdown before completing.

I set the laptop on top of a window fan this morning and was able to get up and running after a long boot.

I flashed the Bios yesterday via usb and during the short process the fan kicked up to high.

Is there a fix or setting I am missing?
