hard drive has failed
need service tag /hard drive has failed
needs repaired blue screen from day i got it
warranted 8/19/2015

Hi jimm1961,
I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
