i cant find my video device on device manager

i own dell insipirion 5537 core i7 ram 8g vga intel HD 4400 and AMD radeon 8850

i installed new windows coz the AMD wasn't detected on the old one ( it was but then i dont know what happened the computer restarted and then i couldn't find it anymore )

after installing the new windows ( Windows 10 ) the windows cant detect the video card and i tryed to do diagnoses and everything but i still cant find it can anyone help me please?
