manufacture mode error

am using dell latitude D610 laptop, it was in use when it suddenly stuck, when i powered it off to restart it wrote 'manufacturing mode level(67) press Fn-X to return system to normal' and if i hit F1 nothing improves, since then untill now the problem persists, can u help me please?
