startup problems
hello there. I am having trouble with my dell vostro1015 laptop. it freezes just when i am sbout to input password and log in. the keyboard and cursor cease yo respond.

Thanks for writing to us.
Please run diagnostics by tapping on f12 and select diagnostics and let us know the outcome.
Also load safemode by tapping n f8 and select only safemode and at the log in screen enter the password.
If it enters into safemode, do a system restore and observe in normal mode.
Have you tired an external keyboard just in case.
