I apologize for this inconvenience caused, Since you’re experiencing system shut down, do you also notice system heating while playing the Games or using the computer normally. The battery indicator message should display on your screen. Below are the following steps mentioned to isolate the issue with your computer.
1. Please shut the computer down, Disconnect external peripherals ( Like Printers , scanners , USB media/ HDD , optical media)
2. Remove the Battery and disconnect the AC Adapter and make sure nothing is connected
3. Press and hold Power button for a minute which will release the flea power present inside the computer
4. Perform a Diagnostics on the computer by pressing and holding the Fn key and Powering on the computer which will initiate the Pre- Boot System Assessment
5. Perform the test which will take 10-15 minutes and check if you notice any error message once the test is completed
6. Restart the computer after the test is completed and install the following drivers from Dell’s Support website
BIOS
Video Drivers
Dell Quickset (Under Applications)
7. In order to install the drivers please click on the link below and search through typing the Service tag of your computer http://dell.to/13LIvIZ
You may also consider cleaning the air vents, Complete these steps and restart the computer and let us know any issues.
Thanks for replying. System temperature is very normal. It does get warmer when playing games, but i guess, that is expected when the game is using high video processing. I have a cooling pad for this purpose. And I keep the drivers up to date, always. I use few softwares for that purpose including dell support center.
And the other steps for diagnosis, i will check in few days, not getting much time currently.

Check your Power Settings and see if the Low Battery Warning is on or off.
Check Low Battery Action.
