touch screen single finger panning wont pan or scroll
I have the Dell xps 17 with touch screen. I go to control panel...pen and touch...check the box that says "turn on single finger panning".
When viewing a webpage, if it works correctly, i can put my finger on the screen, move up and down to scroll the page but instead of scrolling, it is high lighting stuff as if I am holding and dragging the left mouse button.
All other touch screen functions works ok, does anyone knows how to fix and make the finger panning work?

Now it is even worse, sometimes the mouse pointer with jump to far bottom right by itself. Sometimes even click there by itself. In windows 7, click there will hide all active windows.
Usually after i turn on the laptop it will work ok for a while until it started having pointer problem. Now i am thinking maybe problem starts once the screen get warm enough?
