D610 Can't find driver

Have a D610, 1.6Ghz....  Device driver page states I need the driver and I get this notice

 

"PCI Simple Communication Controller"

 

Can't seem to find the driver to resolve this issue.  Anyone know where it is.   I have been in the Dell driver section to no avail.   What ever help would be appreciated.

 

Also I have run Diagnonics and I keep getting an error on my cdrw/dvd rw Q56A drive.  Anyone know what causes that?
