Hi Dileep.S,
There are two wireless options available with this system model: That is DW1703 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card and DW1704 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card. Please download the appropriate driver:
DW1703 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card: http://dell.to/15gKvqS
DW1704 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card: http://dell.to/198djkV
You may also click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list to get all the appropriate drivers for your system model:

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello Dileep,
I've tried both drivers but without success. I have also tried every diagnostic test, automatic test, and even manually identified drivers using the PCI vendor list. The driver I need is for the Network controller, for an Inspiron 15 3521 running windows 7 64-bit. The Hardware ID is:
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_020C1028&REV_01
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_020C1028
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&CC_0280
If you need additional information, please let me know. I am on day 4 and was able to install all the drivers except this one. I hope you can help. Thank you for your time in reading and expediting this!

I have the same problem. NONE of the drivers on the DELL website will install.
DELL telephonic support is of no help.
All I want is for my wireless and Bluetooth to work on win7 64 bit.
How hard can that be?

Hi Guys
On Windows 8.1 another solution to get your WLAN working is to download the atheros driver from the following URL
file2.mydrivers.com/.../atheros_ar5xxx_ar9xxx_wireless_10_0_0_315_whql.zip
Once downloaded, extract to a folder, go to control panel -> Device Manager.
Right click on the WLAN adapter with the missing driver and choose Update driver -> "browse my computer for device driver" and browse to the extracted folder and look in the Windows B directory. Select Atheros on the left column and then scroll down to Atheros Wireless LAN Adaptor ( Generic Driver name to cover all Atheros based cards)
Problem solved.
Enjoy Guys
