Dell Laptop will not go to login screen

Dell Inspiron 14 3452

My laptop repeatively pops the dell logo for a few seconds but then goes black and then pops the dell logo again. I have tried using the method where you take out the battery and the ac adapter and hold the power button for at least a few seconds but once i reassembled the items, it still acted the way it was from the beginning.

press F12 at powerup a few times and boot to the Dell diagnostics - run an extended system test.

how many times do i have to do the diagnostics because i have been doing it for several of times

What is the outcome of the diagnostics? Did you get any error message?

Restart the computer & try to get into bios by tapping F2 & check if the hard drive is getting detected.

If the drive is getting detected & the diagnostic has no errors.

Start the computer, when you see the Dell logo, power off the computer using the power button, do this 3-4 times & this should initiate the automatic repair screen. From where you can restore/ reset your computer.
