Please Help Inspiron 24-3455 microfon

I have the latest driver for the Realtek sound card installed.
All regulators are at maximum.
Also in the dell audio setting is microphone on max.
the improvement has been deactivated.
nevertheless takes the mike nothing or very quietly.

i sure it was a software problem.

please can someone help?
