Upgrading Dell Precision M6600 Video Graphics Card

Im wondering if it is possible to upgrade the gfx card and if so, what models are available?

I have a AMD FIREPRO M8900 MOBILITY PR but in windows it says it is a AMD Radeon HD 6900M Series

either way, im looking for a better/faster GPU if it is possible
