Vertical dotted lines
Hi, I have an Inspiron 5558 and a few days ago two dotted lines started to appear in the center of the screen. I noticed that it is a hardware problem because the lines appear or disappear when I touch the DELL sign under the screen.
I have tried to contact the support chat but, they never have agents available to solve my problem.

Overwhelming odds are the screen needs to be replaced. Is the system in or out of warranty?
