Latitude 5480 rollback bios

Hi, my latitude 5480 has made bios auto update to version 1.14.2, and runs auto bitlocker process to my C: partition which makes my files inaccessible because i have no security or recovery key. I tried to run the secure mode which was enabled but it does not work. I need to get a copy of my recovery key with running windows in secure mode, but the option is not working. Finally i discovered that TPM options in security section is not visible. almost there is an issues in bios update so i want to rollback to the previous version of bios. Is it safe to rollback bios? i did try to downgrade manually but it is not working too. any help please? i need my recovery key Thank you Best regards
