Latitude 7350 shuts down each time I try to turn it on

What happens is when I push the power button to turn on my Latitude 7350, the black “Dell” screen appears as it does when I’m turning on my device, but immediately after it has the windows blue “shutting down” screen and then it turns off.

Willing to try anything! And appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Welcome to the Dell Community @Jchu1234

  1. Restart your Dell PC.
  2. When the Dell logo appears, tap the F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
If the test fails, write down the error code and validation code.

Thanks for the help.

The only things that did not pass the diagnostics test was the batteries.

Primary battery came back with a warning and secondary battery failed (error code: 2000-0133).

The charger passed. Does it make sense that my device keeps automatically powering off because both batteries are not failing? and I just need to replace the batteries?

Thanks!

we had the same problem, windows shuts down after login. Changed operating system to Ubuntu and no problem at all. Also runs heaps faster as well for a 6y/o unit.
