Latitude E7450 Memory upgrade max RAM
While the specifications for this laptop state a max RAM of 16GB, I have been able to successfully install 32 GB of RAM via (quantity 2) of 16GB SODIMM modules of type PC3L-12800
32GB (2x16GB) DDR3L PCL3-12800 1600 MHZ SODIMM MEMORY
I snagged my unbranded memory off of eBay from a USA seller for about $150 USD
** note: at times the laptop seems a bit hotter since this upgrade, but otherwise it seems to work fine. I have run this configuration for about 30 days without issue.
I often come to the dell forums (and other forums) to find out if someone came across an issue that I am having. Lately I have been troubleshooting a few issues with the Latitude E7450, and I wanted to post a few messages with answers to common problems I have found. I encourage you to take some time to do the same when you have found a solution to a significant problem or answer to a common question.

wht kind of trouble are you having? my pc is running fast as **bleep** with windows 10 pro and an i7 with only 8 gb ram but i ws going to upgrade to 16 but 32 would be better possibly to run for my studio.

Max RAM for the E7250 is 16G.

So how about the E7450 when it is just a larger version and dgpu of the E7250? They use Broadwell-U cpu guys.

Crucial says it is 16gb. Dell says it is 16gb. That DOES NOT mean it is 16gb.
Crucial and Dell say the E7450 max is 16gb, yet you're posting on a thread about the E7450 accepting 32gb.
MANY Dells can take twice the "limit" that Dell and Crucial say.
The E7250 may well take 32gb. Unless you have tried it and had it fail, adding a Dell or Crucial link about the "limit" is not helpful at all.
