Canadian pricing for Kaby Lake XPS 13 developer edition

Hello,

I have been considering buying a developer edition of the XPS 13, but I have noticed that for models sold through the US store, the identical model (i5/8GB/128GB) with windows preloaded is $100 more expensive than the developer edition. Makes sense, and if I remember correctly this has historically been the way pricing has been with the developer machines. However on the Canadian site, the developer edition is actually $50 more expensive than the identically configured model with windows preloaded. Is this just a price listing error or is it actually how Dell is pricing the developer edition in Canada vs the US?
