Installing Dell Open Manage on Linux Red Hat 2.4

We are running VMware 3.0.1 on 4 Dell PE6850s. The VMware OS is a Red Hat 2.4 kernel. I am trying to install Dell Open Manage on these server and have had some issues getting it installed. Is there a manual/instructions available?

Sorry, RHEL4 == kernel 2.6 (typing mistake :))

I do think the OMSA failure to install may have been caused by the kernel version. You can view the manual @ http://supportapj.dell.com/support/edocs/software/svradmin/
 
The OMSA 5.2 requires RHEL4 at minimum, which i believe it's using kernel 2.4. You might want to try downloading earlier version of OMSA :)
