Blue verticle line on right side of E190Sf monitor

I have a Dell model E190Sf that has a thin blue line on the right hand side.  Does anyone know of a way to fix this.  If not..... any suggestions on how to find out the order or invoice number it was purchased on.  The history on my Dell Preferred account only goes back 2 years and I must have bought it longer ago than that.  I think I bought the extended warranty for 3 years but support is telling me they need the order number.  I feel like a dog chasing its tail and getting no answers.  I'm hoping someone has a fix for this problem.

Do you see the issue when running monitor STFC (Self-Test Feature Check)?
* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect all monitor cords from the computer
* Disconnect the monitor power cord from the rear of the monitor
* Press and hold the monitor power button in for 5 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor power cord to the rear of the monitor
* Turn the monitor on
* The floating red/green/blue/white dialog box should appear on screen against a black background and the monitor should not shut off
- If it FAILS, the monitor is defective
- If it PASSES, the culprit is either the video card driver, the video card, or the cabling

We will need the original Order number to verify what warranty ewas purchased. It will be on the invoice that came in the monitor box.
