E193FPP: Power light blinking, no picture
I have an almost four-year-old EP193FPP monitor that has never had any problems. Then, one day this week while I was out of town, the power light just started blinking and there was no picture. My wife unplugged the monitor and tried to restart it, and that worked once. Since Thursday, however, no attempts at unplugging, disconnecting, etc. have been successful. I do not have a spare monitor to connect to the computre (Dimension E510) to eliminate it as a cause, but I did connect my work laptop computer to the monitor and got the same issue.
I would appreciate any assistance on how to solve this problem (hopefully it's "not get a new monitor" but...).

Hmm, strange. I disconnected the cable connecting the monitor to the computer, and left it disconnected for 10-20 minutes. I connected it again on the off chance that the monitor might start up again, and it did. The monitor's been working for an hour or so. I guess I'll just cross my fingers.
