My Dell Monitor ST 2320L doesnt switch on.
I was playing a Game on my Comp and suddenly the Monitor Switched Off.
and i was shocked and no power was present, i checked out with various cables but still monitor is not switching on.
its been 2 years having this monitor and i'm confused what to do. plz help

Hi sanjaykamath,
It appears to be a hardware issue. However you can try releasing the static power by performing the following steps-
* Remove the power cable of the Monitor. Press and hold down the power button on the monitor for 10 seconds. This will release the static power
* Once done, connect the power cable to the Monitor and a known good wall outlet. Check the status of the light on the Monitor
* In case the Monitor’s power button LED is still off, the Monitor would need to be replaced

i got the monitor Replaced by Dell Care, i tried to release the Static power, and nothing helped.
so i contacted the Customer Care and they Promised me of replacing this. Thanks for the Assistance.
