New Dell Monitor SP2309W - Nor the USB ports or the webcam is working
Hi
I bought a DELL SP2309W monitor from a very reputed showroom in Mumbai India on 31st DEC 2010.
Both the USB ports and the webcam are not working. Downloaded the drivers from the DELL website
but the problem persist. Any solution or a magic potion for the cure. I had surfed for more than 6 hrs to
find the solution, and the wife is very very angry :emotion-16:

Make sure the monitor USB uplink cable <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> is plugged into the bottom of the monitor and the other end is plugged into a USB port on the rear of the PC.
