P2416D, goes black after 1 second
Hi there,
Never had any problems with the monitor until this week.
The main problem is the screen turns black after 0.5-1 sec. I cannot perform factory reset as it turns black quickly. I can see that during this blink, it shows the content from desktop pc. I have tested using xbox and can see the same result - blink and black screen.
I tried 2 different HDMI cables and 2 power cables - no difference.
Please advice

* For my notes, click my username and via private message send me the monitor service tag number
* Was this monitor purchased directly from Dell as new?
* If not from Dell, from whom and when did you purchase this Dell monitor?
* How long were using the monitor before you noticed this issue?
* What is the non-private 20 digit S/N?
* What is the non-private A0x revision?
* Turn the room lights on
* Disconnect every cable from the monitor, including the power cable
* Press and hold in the monitor power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor
* Run the monitor stand alone BID (Built-in Diagnostic) (page 50). Does the BID run?
