P2418HT, reset Touch after PC sleep/reboot

Hi,

I just purchased two P2418HT and have connected them both to my Dell Optiplex 7010 with two DP cables. In order for me to get it to work, I have uninstall and reinstall the HID-Compliant touch screen which is fine. However, when the computer goes to sleep or restarts, I have to reinstall the HID-Compliant touch to get touch working on the 2nd P2418HT again. Do we know how to fix this?

That was it! They were not in the blue USB 3.0 ports in the back of the 7010. They cables were in the black USB 2.0 ports. I moved them to the blue USB 3.0 ports and it worked.

Thanks!

* Which Optiplex 7010? MT (Mini Tower), DT (Desktop, SFF (Small Form Factor), USFF (Ultra Small Form Factor)
* Are you connecting both P2418HT to the Optiplex 7010 onboard DP out ports? Or is there and added discrete video card which has DP out ports to which you are using?
* Both P2418HT must have their USB 3.0 cable connected from their USB upstream port to USB ports on the Optiplex 7010

Are the P2418HT USB 3.0 upstream cables plugged into the blue (not black) USB 3,0 ports on the rear of the Optiplex 7010 SFF?

Use the free Intel DSA (Driver Support Assistant) utility to check, and if needed install the latest Intel chipset and/or Intel video GPU drivers.

Small Form Factor

Onboard DP out Ports - both
Both P2418HT must have their USB 3.0 cable connected from their USB upstream port to USB ports on the Optiplex 7010

Both USB cables are connected to the back

Additional information.

They both work individually but when they are both plugged in we have to re-install the HID.
