Red horizontal line

I have recently aquired an unwanted red line through my screen.  I have replaced the cables tested a diffrent monitor, and even replaced the logic board.  What I'm needing answered is can I send this into dell to get a new screen put into it as I feel that is the problem after trouble shooting it.  I did not purchase this monitor from Dell, I recived it after my work had thrown it out for a blurring issue that is no longer there.  all in all I feel the wires conecting to the LCD are bad or the LCD itself is shot.  however I realy like this monitor and wish to fix it and keep on using it.  Dell ultrasharp 2001FP.

Dell does not do monitor repairs. All we do is replace them while under warranty.
