Returning opened Dell 2408.
Do I have to pay a 15% restocking fee for returning my Dell 2408. I just bought it for a week, but found the monitor to be too brigth when viewing white background and sometime the text is hard to see. Thanks.

I returned mine within 21 days and there was no restocking fee.
I just described the problems I had like left side being brighter, etc. over the phone.
It was defective in my opinion.
