S2417DG, flashes colors, PC off or sleep
Essentially what the title says. Whenever my computer goes to sleep or powers off my monitor flashes a few different colors, slowly. This is specifically with the monitor S2417DG. I have unplugged the power and held the mechanical power button for 30 seconds but nothing has changed. Has any progress been made on a solution to this? I see a few other threads that have not had resolution.

1. Were you able to enter the Factory Service Menu?
Yes
2. Was Burn In Pattern and Factory Menu checked?
Yes
3. Were you able to remove those checks?
Yes, monitor now goes to sleep when powered down instead of flashing colors. Issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help.

Are you saying that you had not entered the Factory Service Menu and enabled Burn In Pattern?
That the monitor just started doing this out of the blue?
What is the 20 digit S/N and A0x?

I did not do that - yes, it started doing it out of the blue one day.
