S2716DG, HDMI not working?

I've had this monitor brand new for about a month now. The monitor seems to work just fine through DP with my computer and also have my PS4 connected through HDMI. The first two weeks it worked just fine, no issues on either ports. As of now, a month after purchase, it's not taking HDMI input from my PS4. I thought maybe it was my PS4. With my PS4 being the launch one, I figured I'm past warranty and took it apart, put new thermal paste on the CPU, and put it back to together. PS4 still works fine, no signal on my monitor. I should've done what I did last night and test my PS4 on roommate's television. Everything works. HDMI cable had no issue. Signal just fine on the television. I'm going to plug in my laptop to my monitor tonight through HDMI to make sure the port isn't bad on the monitor but it's definitely not getting anything from PS4 no matter what I've tried (different cables, plugged it in at different times with my PS4). Anybody else experience any issues with HDMI with this monitor?
