Recently purchased this monitor for some PC use but primarily to use with the PS (Playstation) 5. Upon plugging it in, I was greeted with an image worse than one on my plasma TV from 2013.

Is there any support coming for my 'gaming' monitor or should I contact support for a refund? This is the biggest console launch in history and this S2721DGF costs $600 on sale, 1920x1080 at 60Hz in 2020 simply is not good enough.

This is still true. Terrible that Dell doesn’t support a downscale from 4K or upscale from 1080p so I had to manually work around this. I have a MClassic that does the upscaling for me. Makes a pretty noticeable difference as I played through the latest Ratchet & Clank. It doesn’t support 120fps so it’s either upscale to 1440p or 1080p at 120fps in pass through mode. Shame I have to do this workaround for something that should be natively supported.
