ST2220L Monitor support touch?

The installation of outstanding drivers installed an application named "Dell Touch Zone". This worked fine for a while although I used the mouse for option selections and operations. At some point the weather application stopped working and I can't determine why? Possible solutions refer to changing the "touch settings" in the comntrol panel and I have no reference to that anywhere. Does the ST2220L monitor support touch screen applications?
