I bought ST2320L about a month back from a store here in Hyderabad (India).Today morning it refused to turn on. I trieda different power outlet, and a different power cable, but no use.
Tried calling Dell support - looks like they work from Monday to Friday (today's Saturday).
I'm not sure I'll get support even if I call on Monday - as the IVR response does not list Monitors/Displays in its options.
Has anybody else faced a similar problem? What is the fastest way to get support for such issues?
In the Americas, we would look up the warranty via the Dell Order number. This would show us the warranty purchased. I do not know if Dell India uses that protocol or not.
