Standard Desktop ready for 4K monitor
Which standard dell desktop is ready for a 4k monitor (resolution 3840x2160/60hz)?
I always had Dell computers, a few weeks ago I bought a 27 inch monitor (LG Monitor 27UD68P-B 4K) and got a bit sad to find out that it doesn’t fit my current computer and that it is too difficult for me to find a new desktop that does.
I do not play games or edit videos and have a Dell XPS 8500

You do not need a new desktop computer. You simply need to remove the current video card and install a new video card that supports 3840x2160 60Hz. The MSI GeForce GTX 1060 should work using the XPS 8500 460w power supply. For assistance in upgrading the video card, post on the Desktop Video Forum.
