U2312HM, instant standby, miss boot screen

Just an annoying thing, is there any way to set the timing for an U2312HM going into sleep or standby mode (independent of PC settings)? When rebooting it goes to sleep automatically due to "no input" and I miss the entire boot menu (bios F2, etc). Just curious. Thanks?

* How long have you had this late 2011 monitor?
* Did you buy it directly from Dell?
* What is the 20 digit S/N?
* To what PC model is the U2312HM attached?
* What video card/GPU is in the PC?
* What video out ports are on the video card/GPU or PC?
* List all U2312HM cabling attached to the PC and the ports they are using

Since what I'm asking for is only whether there is a setting on the monitor itself for time-to-standby that I'm missing, I'm not sure why this would matter, but such are tech forums. Thanks for responding.

Thanks for the data. No, you can see in the User's Guide starting on page 25 that the U2312HM does not have a "time-to-standby" setting in its Menu. Do you have the same problem when connected to a consumer Nvidia GeForce video card DVI out port? Also, test this on the current PC =
K4000 DP out port --> DP to DP cable --> U2312HM DP in port
