U2713HM, Windows 10, HDCP compliance?

I am running Windows 10 with two monitors (in extended mode): U2713HM and U2413. While playing a Blu-Ray, the U2413 shows up as HDCP compliant and will play the Blu-Ray content. The U2713HM shows up as non-compliant for HDCP and will not show the Blu-Ray playback. The GPU is an Nvidia GTX 660 Ti. One monitor is on the DVI-I and one on the DVI-D. I have swapped the monitor DVI ports to no effect. I have tried the U2713HM individually on both DVI ports and changed the resolution from (2560 x 1440) to (1920 x 1080) or (1920 x 1200), all to no effect. Both monitor drivers are up-to-date, although the driver for the U2413 is newer (9/7/2015) than the driver for the U2713HM (8/8/2012).

Thank you for the help!

I installed the P152W driver but the monitor is still non-compliant in HDCP. Is it safe to assume that there will be no solution to this? Would there ever be any new driver made for the U2713HM for Windows 10?

The U2713HM is HDCP compliant using DVI/HDMI/DP using Windows 7/8/8.1. But, the U2713HM was never tested/validated by Dell for Windows 10. The last U2713HM driver we released was dated 10/3/2013, P152W for Windows 7/8/8.1. So the lack of a Windows 10 driver could be the problem here.

That driver was designed for Windows 7/8/8.1 so may not function correctly in Windows 10 and we never tested it. Unknown as to a Windows 10 driver for the U2713HM. The fact that we did not release one in 2015 as we did for the U2413 leads me to think that we will not.

I have probably the same problem with my U2713HM. I use Cyberlink Powerdvd to play blu-ray discs. When I pause and come back later I have an error code 0103 and powerdvd is frozen. I have tried with 2 different pcs, 2 different nvidia cards, 2 different compliant cable types. Same error with all so I believe it it the U2713HM causing the problem. Cyberlink's compliance checker always reported that my config was in compliance even though I was getting the error. Windows 10 was released 1 1/2 years after I purchased my monitor. So that means my $600+ monitor became obsolete in a year and a half. That is really terrible support by Dell especially since it was advertised as compliant.

rth3,

The five year old U2713HM was "advertised as compliant" with Windows Vista/7/8/8.1. We never stated that it was compliant with Windows 10. The drivers page makes no reference to Windows 10.
