U2717D, Aurora R7, No mDP signal if press F2, F12
I am trying to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows 10. When I start the desktop and want to enter the boot mode by pressing F12 or F2 or ESC, the U2717D suddenly doesn't work. The U2717D works well on Windows if I press nothing. But if I press the keyboard, it will say "no signal from your device" and then enter energy save mode. The mDP connects the monitor and the DP connects the desktop.
PC model: Aurora R7
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64bit
Video card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GDDR5X

* Click my name and private message me the Aurora R7 service tag number, U2717D service tag number, U2717D 20 digit serial number.
* Testing options to see if the issue happens using different ports and cabling =
GTX 1080 Ti DP out port --> DP to DP cable --> U2717D DP in port
GTX 1080 Ti HDMI out port --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> U2717D HDMI in port
* Prior to using this U2717D, what other monitor did you have on this Aurora R7?
* Using that other monitor, how was it connected to the GTX 1080 Ti?
* Using that other monitor, could you boot into the BIOS F2? Boot screen F12?

I never used other monitors. I tried to use DP to DP cable but still didn't work. There is only one DP port, no HDMI port on R7.
