U3011, warranty status?

Seem to be dying. Would like to check my Warranty date. However Dell can't detect my product. How am I supposed to do it?

That is a 6 year old monitor that came with a 3 year warranty. Before the 3 year warranty period ended, did you purchase the additional warranty extension? If no, then the warranty has expired. Click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Service Tag number and the serial number.
